The Obama administration is terminating Affordable Care Act coverage for some 200,000 individuals who have not proved they are legally living in the United States. Coverage for those who signed up in 2014 and were automatically reenrolled in 2015 will be cut off Feb. 28, according to the Wall Streeet Journal. Department of Health and Human Services officials said the people affected have not provided enough information to verify their immigration or citizenship status. This comes after the Obama administration told insures in September to drop 112,000 people who failed to respond to a letter asking for information on legal status. In response to the latest terminations, the administration is coming under fire from immigration activists. Article
