His 2009 pay package was $1.3 million more than in 2008, with a performance bonus of nearly $1.8 million accounting for more than the difference. McCallister's option awards and "other compensation"--including a retirement and savings plan and life insurance benefits--each took a slight dip in 2009, while his base salary increased by less than $8,000.
