Ken Russo is director of "Digital Consumer Engagement" at Independence Blue Cross (IBC) and is responsible for the company's mobile strategy as well as mobile application development. He leads a newly formed cross-functional organization center of excellence, to enhance and standardize IBC's capabilities across channels. The team is comprised of members from the company's Information Services Division, as well as several business areas, including Change Management, Informatics, and Corporate Communications. Their focus is to bring innovative uses of technology to IBC members. Prior to this role, Ken was director of Enterprise Architecture at IBC for six years, leading the company's collaborative solutions and technology roadmap. Ken holds a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering and as well as a Masters in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute of NY and has more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering business and technology solutions.


Dan Conroy,
Head of Business Development – CarePass Platform, Aetna

Dan Conroy leads business development for Aetna's CarePass platform. CarePass is developing an ecosystem of connected mobile applications powered by an open, digital platform, enabling consumers to control their data and manage their whole health. It also supports a developer community, to unleash their creativity in creating consumer solutions. Prior to his current position, Dan held escalating roles within Finance and Strategy during his seven years at Aetna. Most recently, he managed the investment portfolio for Aetna's Local Employers & Consumers segments. Before joining Aetna, Dan was a venture capitalist at CCP Equity Partners focused on growth equity investments in financial services and health services. Dan began his career at JP Morgan in investment banking and focused on the financial services sector.


Raj Bhandari,
Director, Healthcare Sales, Kony

Raj Bhandari has over 10 years of experience in healthcare IT in the provider and payer space. Bhandari has worked in sales, business development and international sales for large companies like IBM, Verizon and NCR, as well as several startups. He is currently responsible for sales of Kony solutions to healthcare customers in the central United States and Canada.
