WEBINAR: How Health Plans are leveraging mobile apps to improve member health

DATE: Now Available On Demand  |  DURATION: 1 hour

Hosted by:
Ilene Macdonald, Senior Editor,
FierceHealthcare

Mobile applications are becoming more popular among health plans as a way to help their members improve their health. The potential for these apps is endless. Symptom checks and heart rate monitors are among some of the preventive health apps already on the market. And many plans are making benefit information available for their customers to download.

To learn how to best take advantage of this growing technology, learn from payers that have successfully incorporated mobile apps into their offerings. They'll share their experiences—both positive and negative—with developing apps and encouraging members to use them.

Attendees will learn:

  • The pros and cons of developing in-house apps instead of outsourcing with companies
  • How to select clinical apps that are the right ones for your members
  • How to measure clinical results
  • How to develop a roll-out strategy
