Shankar's responsibilities cover Kony’s B2C applications, spanning from financial services, insurance, and healthcare to retail. Shankar joined Kony from Genesys, where he spent more than six years, most recently as the Director of Strategic Sales Operations. During his tenure in this role, Shankar was responsible for delivering account segmentation in key markets and driving sales and marketing alignment to execute a New Logo Program.
